See Careerfit's AI Recruiting Platform in Action

Careerfit is an end-to-end recruitment agency that closes roles in less than 10 days using manually supervised AI agents. The platform addresses two key hiring challenges: losing top candidates due to slow processes, as the best candidates leave the market within 2 weeks, and finding the right fit to avoid costly hiring mistakes. For HR managers dealing with 500 keyword-flooded resumes that traditional ATS systems struggle to process, Careerfit provides an alternative approach. The platform's AI agents crawl all primary Indian job portals, maintaining a database of over 40 million qualified candidates. Recruitment specialists segment this pool using an AI score matching tool that operates at 99% accuracy, showing pros and cons of each candidate and evaluating whether their skills are truly relevant to the job requirements. The system schedules telephonic AI interviews with shortlisted candidates, asking basic screening questions or custom questions based on specific requirements. The AI analyzes candidate performance and assigns a score out of 100, with only the top 1% performers shared with clients. Careerfit provides support throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
